1. Create a new downline of friends, family, and neighbors.

2. Convert an existing downline to a TPS downline. This can be accomplished in two ways:
A. Personally sponsor each current member of your existing downline, receiving the full and immediate compensation for each one. This is the most lucrative method, but carries the risk that some members currently beneath you will not want to lose their own existing downlines already in place. This is a personal decision you will have to make. Some do it this way because of the huge financial benefits, but inevitably lose some of their members.
B. Personally sponsor your top tier people in your downline, and let them rebuild their existing downlines beneath these people, in the same structure that currently exists.
